Shipping Policy

  3. Inspection: The recipient should inspect all items upon receipt to ensure that they are in good condition and meet the order specifications. Any damage or discrepancies should be reported immediately to the shipping department.

  4. Acceptance: Acceptance of delivery indicates that the recipient has received the shipment in good condition and is satisfied with the order. If there are any issues or concerns, the recipient should communicate these to the shipping department as soon as possible.

  5. Returns: If an item is damaged during shipment, the recipient may return the item within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. The shipping department should authorize any returns and provide instructions for returning the item.

  6. Liability: While the shipping department takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safe and secure shipment of items, they cannot be held liable for any damages or losses incurred during shipment. However, they will work with the recipient to resolve any issues to the best of their ability.

  8. Delivery Timeframe: While the shipping department will make every effort to deliver the items on time, they cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or timeframe. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
